Been browsing around on how to cut/dice/chop stuff nicely, and I found this tutorial by
Chef Tomm which I think is really good. He gave a lot of good info about all the stuff needed to know to use a knife properly.
Hmm... this video just makes me want to chop something... off to the kitchen then..
